- How do I watch the 2023 NFR?
You must subscribe to the Everything We Got annual subscription. If you are a current subscriber, monthly or annual, simply upgrade to the Everything We Got Subscription.

How do I upgrade to an Everything We Got annual subscription on Web?
You must upgrade on the same platform that your current active subscription is now on. (Web, Mobile, Roku, or Apple TV)- Make sure you are logged in to cowboychannelplus.com, On the Home page, click the banner ad that has EVERYTHING WE GOT Subscribe or Upgrade Now.
- You will be prompted to change your plan. Click Upgrade.
- You will get a message thanking you for your subscription.
- You will be taken to a page where you can play a video that confirms that you are all set for the NFR. If you can watch the video, you are all set.
- Make sure you are logged in to cowboychannelplus.com, On the Home page, click the banner ad that has EVERYTHING WE GOT Subscribe or Upgrade Now.

How do I upgrade to the Everything We Got annual subscription on the Mobile App?
You must upgrade on the same platform that your current active subscription is now on. (Web, Mobile, Roku, or Apple TV)- Go to the “More” Tab at the bottom of the phone and then the “Subscribe” link, if you are not logged in, do so now and you will get info on what you have and the upgrade offer.
- After clicking on the “Subscribe” link the next screen will show you what active subscription you have and offer you the ability to select the “Everything We Got” package. Click on Subscribe for $119.99/year.
- The next page will confirm the details of your new subscription and allow you to complete the purchase.
- Once this is completed you will see the following screen showing you that your subscription to the “Everything We Got” package is active.
- Go to the “More” Tab at the bottom of the phone and then the “Subscribe” link, if you are not logged in, do so now and you will get info on what you have and the upgrade offer.

How do I upgrade to an Everything We Got annual subscription on Roku?
You must upgrade on the same platform that your current active subscription is now on. (Web, Mobile, Roku, or Apple TV)- Make sure you are logged into the app.
Click the button that has EVERYTHING WE GOT Subscribe or Upgrade Now. - You will be shown the subscription available to give you access to Everything We Got with NFR. Select the EVERYTHING WE GOT annual subscription.
- You will be asked to confirm the update to your existing subscription in Roku Pay.
- You will get a message congratulating you on your subscription that includes the NFR.
- If you click the banner ad again it will play a video, this confirms that you are all set for the 2023 NFR.
- Make sure you are logged into the app.

How do I upgrade to an Everything We Got annual subscription on Apple TV?

- How can I cancel my account?
If you purchased your subscription to Cowboy Channel + from CowboyChannelPlus.com, you can cancel your subscription at any time by using the instructions below:
- Go to cowboychannelplus.com/account
- Click "Login" in the upper right-hand corner.
- Choose "I already have an account" and enter your email address and password. Click "Login".
- Click on the icon in the upper right-hand corner and select "My Account" from the drop-down menu.
- In the Subscription section, click "UNSUBSCRIBE."
- Please select the reason for your decision and click "UNSUBSCRIBE" again.
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your account through the end of your current billing cycle.
If you purchased your subscription to Cowboy Channel + from your streaming device, you must cancel through that device.

- What is the refund policy?
We do not provide refunds or credits, including for partially used billing periods. If you cancel your monthly or annual subscription, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period (either month, for monthly subscribers, or year, for annual subscribers).
